Do you offer mobile welding across all of Maui?+
Yes. Our mobile unit serves all of Maui including Kahului, Wailuku, Kihei, Lahaina, Wailea, and Upcountry. Travel fees may apply for remote locations — we'll include that in your quote.
What types of welding do you perform?+
We offer MIG, TIG, and stick welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. TIG is our go-to for precision and cosmetic work; MIG for structural and production jobs.
Are you licensed and insured?+
Yes. Maui Welding is fully licensed and insured for residential and commercial work in Hawaii. We provide documentation for permits and inspections upon request.
How long does a typical project take?+
Timeline depends on scope. Simple repairs may be same-day with mobile service. Custom fabrication typically runs 2–6 weeks from approved design to installation. We'll give you a clear timeline in your quote.
Do you handle permits and inspections?+
For structural work requiring permits, we coordinate with your contractor or can guide you through the process. We provide weld documentation and are available for inspector walkthroughs.
